  1. Dice, Dice, Baby
Which one? Why? You might want to use the words Opposite (on the other side) and Adjacent (right next to) in your explanation.

Optional Project: Break out the paper and scissors and glue. Make a couple of paper dice, but instead of numbers, use them to help you decide what to do if you’re bored. Here’s my example.
Helpful Things Die: Empty Dishwasher; Sweep 1 room; wipe down 1 sink; tidy 1 room; prep veggies; check garden
Chillin’ Things Die: Beach walk; video game; novel; other novel; play flute; play guitar

  1. Math Choices (the one above was just for fun)
  • Open up the Math Choices April 20 and pick one for Wednesday.
  • Put your answer / thinking in your Math Journal (also attached).
  • You’ll need to copy and paste the question into the
journal so I know which one you’re answering.

  1. Writing about Science
Take a look at this:

Now, it says the telescope won’t need any humans to build it, but what if it did?
There’s enough space to send 1 person and a space cat. Cats seem to like
low gravity, and space cats have been specially bred to handle being outside
on the Moon. People still need space suits for air and pressure.
  • Change anything you want about this scenario
  • Write at least a paragraph or two. Don’t be cheap with words!!
  • Have fun!

  1. Photography: Review and Practice Time
So what have we learned about in Photography?
  • Subject
  • Background
  • Different focus points
  • Lines and Horizons
  • Textures
  • Black and White
  • Using an Editor
  • Macro (getting close!)
  • Staging pictures

Did you miss any of these? Look back in the assignments,
and practice something you liked or missed.

The Home Stretch

Wow- this has gone really fast and kinda slow at the same time. To paraphrase a friend of mine, "Time is sorta sticky this year!...
